Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking
spray. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.
Mix together flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add to egg
mixture. Spread dough onto a 10 inch pizza pan. Spread dough about 1/2 inch
thick. Bake 22-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet. Carefully loosen underneath with
spatula. Leave on pizza pan, let cool completely. Spread all over bottom of
crust with pizza sauce tinted frosting. Sprinkle coconut cheese on top.
Place fruit roll-up pepperroni circles over top. Top with gummy worm green
pepper strips.
Note: this one is so much fun for the kids. For a slumber party, make a
few large pizzas or lots of mini pizza ahead of time and let the kids go
wild decorating - this would make a great birthday cake also.
