Nectarines with Honey Ricotta

4 nectarines
250 grams ricotta cheese
30 grams hazelnuts -- chopped
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water

Wash the nectarines.
Half them, and remove the pit.
Divide among four plates.

Stir the ricotta till is "loosens" and becomes smooth.
Divide the ricotta among the eight nectarine halves.

Toast the chopped nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat
until golden brown, about 1 min.

Meanwhile, stir together the honey and water over low heat
until they make a smooth mixture.

Drizzle the honey over the ricotta.
Sprinkle with nuts.

Serves 4.
