Savory Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground pork -- lean
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup milk
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 large egg -- beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
In bowl, combine pork, rolled oats, milk, garlic, egg, salt and pepper,
shape into 1 inch balls.
Arrange one-third of the meatballs about 1/2 inch apart, in 9"
microwaveable pie plate. Cover dish with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH (100% power) for 3 or 4 minutes or until no longer
pink inside, rotating the dish halfway through cooking time. Let stand,
covered for 2 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
