Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 Med Potatoes -- Peeled And Sliced
3 Med Garlic Cloves -- Peeled
1/3 C Mayonnaise -- Or To Taste
1/2 Tsp Salt

1. Boil potatoes until very soft. Drain well. Transfer to a food processor w
ith steel
blade, or to a mixing bowl.
2. With out waiting for potatoes to cool, add remaining ingredients. Whip unt
il very
smooth.
3. Cover tightly and chill.
Serve alone, with raw veggies or on crackers.
