Low Fat Seven Layer Tex-Mex Dip

16 ounces fat-free refried beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1 small cont avocado dip
1 cup shredded low fat monterey jack cheese
2 medium tomatoes -- chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
In a medium bowl, stir together the refried beans and salsa. Spread the
bean mixture on a 9" platter or in a pie plate. Spread the sour cream on
top of the bean layer. Spread the avocado dip on sour cream. Then layer the
shredded cheese, tomatoes, avocados, green onions and olives on top. If
desired, cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Serve with tortilla
chips. Yields 16 servings.
