2 cans avocado dip -- frozen
onion -- chopped
tomatoes -- well-drained,chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded sharp
black olives -- sliced

Layer in order given in 3 quart oblong casserole. Serve with chips. May
be made a day ahead and refrigerated. DO NOT FREEZE.
