2 egg yolks
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup rum
1/4 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
zest of 1 lemon
6 ounces cream cheese
1 cup almonds -- toasted, slivered

Soak raisins in rum overnight. Blend butter and cream cheese, add egg yolks,
powdered sugar, lemon, and vanilla. Fold in raisins, rum, and almonds. Chill
overnight.
