1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoons Vinegar
1/2 cup Sweet cream
1 tablespoon Flour
1 Egg -- beaten
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs; hard-boiled -- chopped
8 ounces Cream cheese -- OR 1/2-lb
American cheese -- cubed
1 tablespoon Onion -- grated
1 small Jar pimentos -- finely chopped

Mix first seven ingredients in a double boiler and cook until mixture
thickens. While mixture is still hot add hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese
or American cheese, onion and pimentos. Blend well and put in jars or
other containers. Cover and store in refrigerator.
