2 c Corn meal
1 c Flour
2 tb Minced onions
1 ea Egg
2 tb Bacon drippings
ds Cajun seasoning
2 tb Baking powder
Milk
Deep fat for frying

Mix all ingredients with just enough milk to make a thick mixture. Wet=7F
hands & roll mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. drop into deep fat &
remove when brown. drain on absorbent paper. You can use salt &
