To quickly thaw frozen vegetables, place in colander or strainer; rinse
well with warm water until thawed. Drain well.

To Dice an Onion:
To quickly dice an onion, first slice off the to of the onion and peel off
the outer skin. Make cuts across the top of the onion, about 1/4" apart
and 1/2" deep. do the same in the opposite direction, making small
squares. Then cut slices across the flat of the onion, making diced onion.
Repeat as necessary for desired amount.

Buy extra green, red and yellow peppers when they're on special. Wash,
then chop or cut into strips to freeze in small portions for quick and easy
use in recipes.
