Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening

Sift or mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles
fine meal. Even better flavor if Butter Crisco is used as shortening
