Easy Cocoa Mix

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients. Store in covered container.
To serve place 1/4 cup mix in cup and pour 3/4 cup boiling water
over. Stir until smooth.
Yield 16 servings
