8 c Sugar
8 oz Unsweetened cocoa powder;

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk to

bute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and

nts. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10-12 weeks.

Makes about 15 cups of Brownie Mix.
