Oatmeal with Fruit and Nuts

3 c Water 1/2 t Ground Cinnamon
1/4 t Salt 1 1/3 c Regular Rolled oats
1 x Sm Apple, chopped 1/4 c Pitted whole Dates,
snipped
2 T Sliced Almonds 1 T Brown Sugar
2 2/3 c Skim Milk
In a medium saucepan combine water, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to boiling;
stir in oats. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand,
covered, till of desired consistency.
Divide oatmeal among 4 serving bowls. Top each bowl with chopped apple,
snipped dates, sliced almonds, and brown sugar. Divide milk among serving
bowls.
