1 Lb Haddock Fillets -- Fresh Or Frozen, Or
-- Flounder Fillets
1 Tbsp Butter or margarine
4 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Lemon rind -- grated
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Rosemary
Thaw frozen fish. Preheat oven to 350deg F (moderate).
Divide frozen or fresh fish into 6 servings. Place in single layer in a
baking pan. Mix butter or margarine, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt,
pepper, and rosemary. Pour over fish. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish
flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serving Size: 2 oz
