***TERIYAKI SAUCE***
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon asian sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

4 salmon steaks -- (8 to 10 oz. each)
1. Heat grill.
2. Make Teriyaki Sauce: Combine all ingredients in large shallow glass dish; a
dd salmon steaks and turn to coat. Let stand 20 minutes.
3. Arrange salmon on grill; reserve sauce. Grill over medium-hot heat, brushi
ng frequently with sauce, 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Makes
4 servings.
Making your own teriyaki sauce just takes a few ingredients--soy, sugar, garlic
, lemon and Asian sesame oil. As the salmon grills, this sweet soy-basting sau
ce caramelizes, giving the fish a rich golden glaze.
