1 cup flour -- sifted well
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening
1 can tuna
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper to taste
Make a pastry with flour, salt, and shortening. Roll in a 12 " square
and cut in 4 squares. Mix tuna, onion, worcestershire, mayonnaise,
salt and pepper. Spread on lower half of each square,
fold top half over mixture and seal edges with tines of fork. Bake on
cookie sheet in 400°, 20 minutes.
This makes 4 big servings.
