1/4 ts Oregano -- each &
1 tb Margarine -- reduced calorie
8 oz Scallops --
1 tb Dry vermouth
g bowl, combine crumbs, parsley, oregano
margarine & mix well until thoroughly
broiler; in shallow flameproof 1 1/2 c.
mix together remaining ingredients &
inches from heat until scallops are
crumb mixture evently over scallops &
browned, about 1 minute longer.
1 t Fresh parsley
Lemon peel -- grated
1/2 ts Margarine -- reduced calorie
tb Lemon juice; freshly squee
1 c Garlic --
& lemon peel; add
moistened. Set aside. Preheat
casserole, arrange scallops;
pour over scallops. Broil 6
opaque, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle
broil until crisp & lightly
