Scallops With Snow Peas

Title: SCALLOPS WITH SNOW PEAS

3.00 tb Safflower oil
2.00 Garlic cloves; crushed
0.33 lb Scallops
-- sliced into 1/4" rounds
3.00 c Snow peas
0.50 ts White pepper
1.00 tb Light miso
1.00 tb Arrowroot
-- dissolved in...
0.25 c Water

Stir-fry garlic in safflower oil until it begins to color; add
scallops and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Remove scallops and garlic. Add
snow peas to oil and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add pepper, miso, and
arrowroot. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes, then return scallops and
garlic to pan and heat through. Serve.
