2 lb Beef tenderloin
2 tb Butter
1 tb Minced onion
2 tb Butter
1/2 lb Mushrooms
Salt
1 ds Nutmeg
1/2 pt Sour cream

Melt 2 tablespoons butter and sauté onions until yellow. Add beef and cook
quickly. Add 2 tablespoons butter and mushrooms. Cook thoroughly. Add salt,
nutmeg and sour cream. Mix thoroughly and serve with brown rice. By Lynn
