Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c onion -- chopped
1/2 c green pepper -- chopped
2 eggs
1/4 c milk
1/2 c quick-cooking oats
salt and pepper

Heat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf
in a loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
