Diner Meat Loaf

Title: DINER MEAT LOAF

1.50 lb Ground beef
1.00 c Soft bread crumbs
0.75 c Milk
0.50 c Chopped onions
0.50 c Parmesan cheese
1.00 Egg, slightly beaten
1.50 ts Salt
0.25 ts Pepper
0.25 ts Oregano
1.00 sm Can tomato sauce
3.00 Slices Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce
and Mozzarella cheese.Mix lightly.In a 10 x 6" loaf pan, shape
loaf.Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Drain excess fat.Pour tomato sauce over
loaf during last 1/2 hour of baking time.Place Mozzarella cheese on
top.Bake 5 to 10 minutes.Serves 4 to 6.
