Ground Beef Pepper Steak

1 Lb. ground beef
1 Tsp. salt
1/8 Tsp. pepper
1 Tsp. margarine
2 Medium green peppers -- cut in eighths
1 Small Clove garlic -- minced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Mix ground beef, salt and pepper in bowl. Shape into 8
patties. Brown quickly on both sides in margarine in skillet.
Remove patties to hole platter. Combine green peppers, garlic
and soy sauce in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 to 3
minutes. Arrange on platter with patties. Serve with additional sauce.
