Pizza Topped Meatloaf

2 pounds ground chuck
1/2 cup milk
2 cups saltine cracker crumbs
1 onion -- chopped
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 10.5 ounce pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Mix. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain any
grease. Top with 10 - 1/2 ounce can of pizza sauce, mushrooms,
mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Return to oven to melt and heat
ingredients.

NOTES : This is an old recipe. Pat made this for a shower for one of my
co-workers when I worked on the floor. We had a potluck and of course
I helped Pat bring the food from the kitchen to tables in her rec
room. The last food item was the meatloaf. I carefully walked down the
stairs and suddenly fell head first to land on the bottom of the stairs
with meatloaf and mushrooms and cheese everywhere. Of course I had a
full audience, and Pat graciously copied this recipe for me afterwards.
Her special directions for me: eat only on the first floor. Pat, you
