Braised Kikko-Chicken

Title: Braised Kikko-Chicken

3 lb Frying chicken pieces
1/4 c Flour
2 tb Vegetable oil
2 Celery stalks; chunked
2 Carrots; chunked
1 md Onion; chunked
1/3 c Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 ts Oregano, crumbled
Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil; remove. Saute celery,
carrots and onion in same pan 2 minutes. Combine soy sauce and oregano
with 1 cup water; add to pan with chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes,
or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
