CHICKEN CACCIATORE MEATBALLS

1 lb Ground chicken or turkey
1 c Seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Eggs
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 Jar Chicken Tonight Cooking
-Sauce for Chicken Cacciatore
Hot, cooked spaghetti
In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken,
bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, basil,
salt and pepper. Form into 1 1/2" meatballs. In a
large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides
in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add sauce. Simmer,
covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs are
thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
