2 chickens
1/2 pint yogurt
2 tablespoons coriander
2 tablespoons turmeric
2 teaspoons cumin
8 chiles
1 teaspoon fenugreek seed
1 clove garlic
1 onion -- chopped
1 piece ginger -- minced
Mix it all together and marinate overnight. Braise in liquid til tender. Or
drain and roast in oven.
