Layered Chicken & Broccoli

1 pk (10 ounces) frozen chopped
-broccoli, thawed and
-drained
1 tb Finely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, finely
-chopped
1/4 ts Salt
-Dash of pepper
2 c Coarsely cut-up cooked
-chicken
1 cn (8 ounces) sliced water
-chestnut.
1/2 c Sour cream
2 tb Milk
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
-(4 ounces)
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
-Paprika
Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the
pepper in round microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or
until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir.
Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes.
Mix sour cream, milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt; pour
evenly over water chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and
paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on
medium-high (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are
melted.
