Glazed Meatloaf

Title: Glazed Meatloaf

1 lb Ground turkey -- cooked
1/2 c Cracker crumbs or bread
Crumbs
1 c Rice -- cooked
1/2 c Onion -- chopped
1/4 c Carrot -- grated
1/4 c Celery -- chopped fine
1 1/2 ts Mustard -- prepared or
Dijon
1 ts Garlic powder
1/8 ts White pepper
1/4 c Tomato sauce
2 Egg whites
1/2 c Ketchup
1/4 c Honey

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine all
ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a
prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread
evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
