Baked Shrimp

Title: Baked Shrimp

Yield: 2 Servings

12 Jumbo shrimp
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c Parsley, chopped
2 c Flavored bread crumbs
5 Garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 c Olive oil

Peel and devein shrimp, dip in egg then roll in bread crumbs and
place in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Sprinkle garlic and
parsley over top. Pour oil over shrimp. Heat oven to 400 degrees,
bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. (Do not overcook.)
