2 To 2 1/2 cups flour
1 pk Quick rise yeast
3/4 ts Salt
1 c Warm water (125 to 130 deg
-F)
2 tb Oil
Stir yeast into flour. Add remaining ingedients, stir
well. Roll out crust. Grease pizza pan, sprinkle with
cornmeal. Place crust in pan, sprinkle top with more
cornmeal. Bake pizza at 400 degrees for 20 to 30
minutes. VARIATIONS: Garlic and Herb: Add 2 t basil,
oregano or rosemary and 1 clove crushed
garlic.Cornmeal: Replace 1/2 c flour with 1/2 c
cornmeal.Cheese: Add 1/4 c parmesan cheese. Converted
