1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
Sift together all dry ingredient. Add milk gradually, and beat. Then
add egg and melted butter. Bake in hot, well greased pan 15 to 20
minutes in hot oven (400-500 degrees).
