APPLE STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

2 c Bisquick baking mix
1 t Cinnamon -- ground
2/3 c Applesauce -- sweetened
1 t Vanilla
1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c Vegetable oil
Streusel topping:
1/4 c Bisquick baking mix
2 ts Firm butter or margarine
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
2 ts Finely chopped nuts

Grease round pan, 9 x 1 1/2". Mix all ingredients
except Streusel Topping until moistened. Spread batter
in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake in a
preheated 400 degree oven until wooden toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 to 25
minutes. Serves warm. Streusel Topping: Mix all
ingredients until crumbly.
