2.00 Ripe bananas; sliced
0.50 ts Salt
1.00 ts Poppy seeds (optional)
1.50 c Bread flour
1.50 c Wheat flour
1.00 tb Yeast
0.50 c Chopped walnuts

I add the walnuts at the beginning with other ingred. It seems to mix
better. You can also add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon if you like. We like it
