2 1/2 teaspoon Dry yeast
3 tablespoon Nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cup Bread Flour
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Oats
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/2 cup Carrot;raw -- grated
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Water
-----LARGE LOAF-----
2 1/2 teaspoon Dry yeast
1/4 cup Nonfat dry milk
2 cup Bread Flour
2/3 cup Whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cup Oats
1 1/3 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2/3 cup Carrot;raw -- grated
1 1/3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water
Put everything into bread machine in order listed. Use "White Bread"
