CINNAMON NUT RAISIN BREAD

1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
2 c Bread flour
1 t Salt
1 tb Dark brown sugar, packed
1 tb Nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Butter/margarine
3/4 c Plus 1T water
1/4 c Raisins
1/4 c Chopped walnuts
Automatic Bread Program:
Add ingredients in order except raisins and walnuts.
Press SELECT for Normal.
Press START. When the machine BEEPS 10 times, 5
minutes before the end of the second kneading, add 1/4
c of raisins and chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready
in 3 hours. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove
bread from machine. Cool.
