1 1/2 pound loaf
1/2 cup pineapple juice -- (70-80 degrees F)
1/4 cup water -- (70-80 degrees F)
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup macadamia nuts -- chopped
1/2 cup flaked coconut
In bread machine pan, place first 8 ingredients in order suggested by manufactu
rer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size. Bake accordi
ng to bread machine directions. Just before final kneading (at fruit/nut signal
), add nuts and coconut.
Use of delay timer not recommended.
