1 cup applesauce
2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

OVEN: 350
Coat a 13 x 9- inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce and sugar and til well
combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix in the vanilla.

Add the flour and the cocoa; beat well. Add the baking powder and salt.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at
350 degrees F for 28 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE or they will not be
fudgey!!

Cool COMPLETELY before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
