BANANA CAKE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 cups mashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 small pkg banan pudding
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into a 13x9 inch greased
cake pan. bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes or until done.

NOTES : I like to make a powdered sugar icing using banana flavoring instead
of vanilla.
