1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Soda
2 C Sugar
Add
1 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
Mix Well And Add
3 C Carrots -- shredded
4 Whole Eggs
Bake At 350 For 35 Min. (3 layers)
Frosting:
1 8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Stick Margarine
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 C Pecans -- chopped
1 Tsp Vanilla
Mix Together And Ice Cake.
