1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cooking oil
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 cup red food coloring
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
frosting
1 package cream cheese softened -- (8 oz)
1 stick butter or margarine (4oz)
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup pecans
Mix dry ingredients. Beat the eggs with a fork. Add oil and blend. Add
the dry ingredients, add buttermilk, food coloring, vinegar and vanilla.
Cook in 3 (8 inch) pans at 350 for 30 minutes.
Frosting: Beat the cream cheese and butter, add vanilla, powdered sugar
until mixed well stir in nuts.
