Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cn Sweetened condensed milk;
-14 oz
3/4 c Peanut butter; (3/4 to 1)
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 c Bisquick
Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened
condensed milk, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Add Bisquick,
mix well. Chill dough at least 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in
sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned (DO NOT OVERBAKE). Cool. Store
