Apple-Raisin Squares

Title: Apple-Raisin Squares

1 1/2 c Flour; unsifted
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
2 Egg; beaten
1 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
3 md Apple; diced
1 c Raisins; seedless

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside. Beat
together eggs, sugar and vanilla for 2-3 minutes. Stir sugar-egg mixture
into flour until well blended. Spread batter into a greased and floured
13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Cut into squares;
serve warm or cold.
