Pork Chops with Apples

8 pork chops
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
2 apple -- peeled and sliced
salt and pepper -- to taste
In a jar, put: oil, soy sauce, honey and garlic. Close tightly and shake
vigorously. Pour contents of jar on bottom of claybaker. Line up chops.
Season
with salt and pepper. Close claybaker and bake for 3/4 hour. Remove
claybaker
(be careful of steam!) and rapidly arrange apple slices, sprinkled with
cinnamon, over meat. Close again and cook another 15 minutes.

Serving Ideas : Serve w. steamed or fried rice.
NOTES : 1. Soak claybaker for 10 minutes
2. Baking time: 1 hour at 350 F
3. If firm cooking apples are used, cook an additional 15 minutes
