2 c All-purpose flour
2 c Sugar
3/4 c Unsweetened dutch-process
Cocoa powder
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Unsweeteded applesauce
1 c Evaporated skim milk
2 Eggs
Confectioner's sugar-opt.

Preheat oven 350~ Spray a 12X9 baking pan with nonstick
cooking spray; set aside.
In large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa
powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. In
med. bowl whisk together the applesauce, milk and eggs.
Make a well in the center of flour mixutre. Pour in
applesauce mixture, and stir until just combined. Do not
overmix. Pour better into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 min. or
until a testr comes out clean. Cool in pan. Sprinkly
lightly with confectioner's sugar. Cut into 16 squares.
