1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans
2 teaspoons cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups mini marshmallows
6 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups rice cereal

Cream margarine and sugar; beat in eggs and vamilla. Stir in flour,
nuts, cocoa, and baking powder. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at
350 for 15 - 20 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 3 minutes
more. Cool. In sauuucepan, combine choocolate chips and peanut butter;
stir over low heat until chips are melted. Stir in cereal. Spread over
bars.
