1 cup unsalted butter -- (2 sticks)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup oats
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350ø. Cream 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter with 1/2 cup
each of brown sugar and white sugars. Beat in 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons
vanilla. Add 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
Stir in 1 cup each of oats and raisins. Spread in greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake half an hour. Cool slightly and cut into 32 bars.
