1/2 cup margarine -- softened
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup rolled oats -- uncooked
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 8 ounces pkg no fat cream cheese -- softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup skim milk

Combine first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Pat about 3/4 of crust mixture in un
greased 9" square pan. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, beat
in reminiang ingredients. Pour over crust, sprinkle with remining crust mixtur
e. Bake in preheated 350ø oven until lightly browned (about 25 min.)
Cool; cut i
nto 1 1/4" squares. Refrigerate, covered. Amount: 48 (1 1/4") squares.
