Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

80 light caramels
1 cup margarine
14 ounces condensed milk -- (1 can)
19 ounces rice krispies -- (1 box)
3 bags (10 oz ) large marshmallows

Mix caramels, margarine, and condensed milk in top of double boiler. Cook until
caramels are melted, stirring constantly. Do not remove from double boiler. Di
p marshmellows in caramel mixture, then roll in rice krispies. Place on wax pap
er lined trays. Chill in freezer until caramel is set. Store in refrigerator or
freezer. They taste similar to rice krispie treats. They look like porcupines.
LOL I use my shish-ka-bob skewer to dip marshemellows. I spray it with pam fir
st so the marshmellows slide right of
f. Be careful to keep flame on low after it has melted as not to burn the caram
el mixture. Can be made ahead and frozen.
