1 6 oz pkg orange-flavored gelatin
1/4 tsp salt
2 c boiling water
2 tsp vinegar
1 c prepared ranch salad dressing
2 c finely shredded cabbage
1 c shredded carrots
1/4 c sweet pickle relish -- undrained

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add vinegar. Cool until slightly
thickened. Stir in salad dressing until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. P
our into 8 1/2x 4 1/2x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Chill until firm.
